GOD. DAMN. This top is too much. The belted design in the front is attached to a vinyl bra, making for the perfect, sculpted bra. The underboob cutout looks good on any chest size, and paired with our CHAINED UP vinyl skirt, you'll be getting numbers left and right ;)
